What is Gold One®?
Gold One® is 18K gold formed around sterling silver. An electroform process is used to create a substantial 18K gold shell around an inner core of sterling silver. Each piece is made up of 10% 18K gold and 90% Sterling Silver.

What are the benefits of Gold One®?
18K gold on the outside of each piece is the most luxurious and sought after precious metal today. Gold is the metal of status and refinement. The sterling silver on the inside of each piece makes Gold One® jewelry affordable as well as more durable. This allows our design team to create substantial fine jewelry pieces at elevated quality and affordable pricing.

Will Gold One® tarnish?
Gold One® is crafted in 10% genuine 18K gold formed around sterling silver prolonging the luster of the jewelry significantly more than typical gold plating or bonded.  

How is Gold One stamped and what is the meaning?
Each piece is stamped HGE 18K/925 1/10. This means Heavy Gold Electroform, 10% 18K gold & 90% sterling silver.

What is electroform?
Electrform is a high-end gold electro plating technique that builds a substantial gold shell. The 18K gold formed around each piece of Gold One® accounts for 10% of the weight of the entire piece.

How do I care for my Gold One® jewelry?
Gold One® is Fine jewelry. Treat it with care as you would any 18KT gold piece.  Avoid hairspray, makeup, saltwater or any other corrosive elements.  Use any typical gold jewelry cleaner or jewelry cloth to clean and buff your Gold One® jewelry.

 Is Gold One® water resistant?
We do not recommend you expose any jewelry to pool water, sea water or the shower.  Chlorine, salt and typical hair products are all corrosive in nature and can accelerate tarnishing and discoloration in metals. Soap and water are fine.

What do I do if my Gold One® tarnishes?
You may wipe it down with a jewelry cloth. In severe cases, please check the policy of the retailer you purchased from. There may be a refurbishing fee after a certain period of time.

How do I repair my Gold One® Jewelry?
Gold One® will wear like any of your gold jewelry. In the event that you damage your piece, please check the policy of the retailer you purchased from. There may be a refurbishing fee after a certain period of time.
